Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as perishable goods, aquatic plants, or sale items (e.g., 25% OFF promotions) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.
